Our newly-constructed, custom-built 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home is central to everything town of Ridgway and surrounding areas (Telluride and Ouray) have to offer. This mountain modernist retreat is located in the heart of Ridgway, just a few blocks from downtown, this home provides ideal access to one-of-a-kind dining experiences, iconic mountain landscapes, and endless outdoor adventures, making it the perfect all-season San Juan Mountain getaway.

Our home is steeped in mountain-modern style with brand new furnishing throughout, stainless steal appliances, custom cabinetry, strand bamboo floors, and a second-level wrap around deck that is perfect for enjoying the views of the surrounding mountain ranges.

Bed Configuration:

Master En Suite: Queen Bed (Second Level)
2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed (Main Level)
3rd Bedroom: Bunk Beds (3 Twin Beds) (Main Level)

This home also features a full RV hook up and space to park an RV.

Cancellation Policy: A payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than forty-five (45) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

    When I was looking inline for a home to rent, the photos of this home immediately captured my attention! When we arrived, we were overwhelmed with how incredibly beautiful this home is. The architectural style is a modern farmhouse and it is so fresh and new. The spaces were open and airy with a wonderful large deck that has a glider that I loved. The location of the home was perfect, right near all the restaurants and shops, hiking trails and surrounding by the astounding beauty of the Rocky Mountains. We will surely be back!

    Our ten-day stay in Ridgway was perfect and the house was absolutely gorgeous! Our family of four had plenty of room, all the amenities we needed, and really enjoyed the upscale design and attention to detail throughout the newly-constructed home. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we really enjoyed the local restaurants (especially Kate's Place & Oriental Chinese Restaurant & Café Ridgway a la mode ice cream shop). The master bathroom shower was particularly nice, and the outdoor decks have incredible views of the mountains. We loved being able to walk right to the town square/park and had easy access to all of the beauty along the San Juan Skyway.
    We booked our white water rafting with RIGS Fly Fishing/Rafting Co, located just up the street from the house, and the put-in was just down by the park. Such easy access to Telluride (39 miles), Ouray (10 miles), and Montrose (27 miles).
    Make sure to visit the Ouray Hot Springs/pools (kids love) and take in a community concert if you can, located in the grassy area just outside the hot springs/pools. They have food trucks/beers/good times.
    On the way to Telluride, you will be passing Ralph Lauren's 17,000-acre Double RL Ranch. Unbelievable terrain and views. In Telluride, make sure to take the free gondola ride up the mountain and into Mountain Village.
    So many things to do in this area. The town of Ridgway, where this house is located, has some of the coolest, friendliest people.
    We can't wait to plan our next trip out here.

    What a perfect base for any and all adventures in and around Ridgway/Uncomphagre Valley. More so, with the kitchen, living space and decks upstairs, it can be hard to leave, especially when the alpenglow starts to hit the Cimmaron ridge to the east.
    Everything is brand new - including the house itself - and crisp and clean. Perfect for a couple or family for a weekend, week or a whole season.
    All the restaurants, town park (free music in the summer!) are within a 2-5 minute walk.
    Loved this place and would certainly return for a longer visit.
