Our 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath luxury home is located in the Log Hill development, just 15 minutes from downtown Ridgway, 41 miles from Telluride (less than an hour drive), and 25 minutes from downtown Ouray. This home, which was remodeled in 2017, features a two separate living spaces,a generously equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, comfortable living spaces with spectacular views, wood fireplaces, an outdoor dining area, and a flat screen TVs.

Our home has breathtaking views of the Cimarron and Sneffel's mountain ranges and a beautiful outdoor living space with a gas BBQ grill and mountain-inspired outdoor furniture. It is the perfect retreat to bask in the cool mountain air, take in the plentiful views, and create a base camp for all of your mountain adventures.

This home is comprised of two separate living spaces -- a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom main house, and a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath apartment. Each living space includes a full furnished kitchen and living room with flat screen TV, making this home perfect for multiple families who are traveling together but desire their own space. The apartment features elevated views from the private wrap-around deck.

There is also a trail (for residents/guests only) out the back door that meanders several miles throughout the entire Log Hill Village area and offers amazing views.

There are two parking spaces in the garage and plenty of additional parking available in the driveway in front of the home.

This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day (max. $150).

4WD/AWD is strongly recommended in winter (Thanksgiving through mid-March).

Cancellation Policy: A payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than forty-five (45) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
