Our lovely 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom ranch-style home is nestled on 2 acres among the pinion and juniper, and ponderosa pines. It is centrally located on Loghill Mesa just minutes from the Divide Ranch Golf Course, 15 minutes from downtown Ridgway, a quick 30 minute drive to downtown Ouray, and an hour drive to Telluride Ski Resort. The expansive Loghill trail system is right out the back door promising amazing hikes and adventures. This home's location provides ideal access to a range of recreational activities including boating, fishing, hiking, skiing, and golfing.

Our home features a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful black granite counter-tops, a comfortable living room with a wood burning stove and large flatscreen TV, and unbeatable views of the surrounding Cimarron mountain range.

This home features a large wrap-around deck that is perfect for enjoying the amazing sunsets and alpenglow evenings, and grilling on the large gas grill.

This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day (with a maximum fee of $150 per stay). There is also a 2 dog maximum.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and a full refund of all amounts paid. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer Travel Insurance during the booking process.

    There were six adults and three children under the age of four and this house has plenty of room for all of us. There was plenty of parking outside for three vehicles with trailers hauling Rangers. And the home was in a great location for getting to all the OHV trails. Several mornings we would wake up and look outside the window to see mule deer eating in the yard which the kids loved. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed for cooking for a large group. There was plenty of room for the kids to run around inside and outside. It was a short ride into Ridgway to go to the store, eat, or play at the park. We loved staying here and look forward to coming back!
