Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1890's home, which is on the Historical Registry, features a range of historic relics and modern conveniences. This home offers abundance of room for your comfort making it perfect for large families and multiple groups. Since it’s pet friendly and has a fenced in yard, your furry friends are also welcome to join you on vacation! Located a block off of Main Street, 4 blocks south of the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool, and within walking distance to everything Ouray has to offer, the location of our home makes for a perfect home-base for your mountain getaway!

This home was newly furnished in late 2018. It offers fully-stocked kitchen which has everything you need to prepare meals with family and friends. It has a formal dining area that seats 8 people and plenty of dishes and glassware for formal entertaining. It also has a separate dining nook for 4-6 people that's perfect for breakfast and lunch. The main living space has a spacious and comfortable family room area with large flat screen TV and an electric built-in fireplace. The unfinished basement is home to the pool table and recreation area. There is a propane grill for your use as well as outdoor furniture, for your comfort.

There is a full bathroom on the main level and full bathroom upstairs level. There is also a large laundry area with a washer and dryer on the upper level as well.
This home is pet friendly. The fee is $25 per day/capped at $150.00.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and a full refund of all amounts paid. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer Travel Insurance during the booking process.

    There were 10 of us and we had lots of room! Everyone loved this home. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of living space, and great bedrooms also. We especially loved the porch and patio!

    Everything about the house was good. Plenty of rooms and space for our party (5 adults). Everything was clean, the amenities plentiful (washer/dryer, TP, kitchenware, etc.) Temp good. Parking in front no issues and close to everything in town. I'd stay here again.
