Our well-appointed 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom custom built mountain home sits on 3 acres and features stunning views, stylish renovations, and all-around comfort in an unmatched setting. Located 2 miles from Ridgway, CO, 12 miles from Ouray, and an hour drive to Telluride Ski Resort, this home combines ultimate convenience and with a secluded mountain getaway. With ample space for multiple families or groups of friends and tons of amenities, this gorgeous 5,000 square foot home leaves little to be desired.

It features hardwood floors and fireplaces in the main living spaces, towering floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room capturing the surrounding scenery, spacious dining area, and a showroom kitchen with stainless appliances, AGA range, farm-style cabinets and granite countertops. The main level offers a lovely dining room with a shared fireplace that is visible from both the dining room and living room.

Natural light and spectacular views infiltrate the beautifully updated master bedroom with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom featuring a sliding barn door, copper bath tub, and large stone-lined walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The main level offers a lovely full-sized bed with large bathroom, walk in shower double sinks and bidet toilet. This level offers two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a separate lounging area. The west bedroom features a full-size bed with a tub/shower combination in the bathroom. The bedroom on the east end has a queen bed with a bathroom providing a walk-in shower. There is also a separate living space above the garage with a king-sized bed, kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster which provides an added level of privacy. The loft is 450 square feet and is very spacious with sitting area, 32" TV for your internet channels, great views and a bathroom with walk in shower.

There is a separate living space located downstairs with a wrap-around leather sofa, 60" TV, a game table, wine fridge and exercise bike. With great views and easy outdoor access to the horseshoe pits and views of the pond this space will quickly become one of your favorite features of the home. With ample space and tons of amenities, our home perfect for multiple families or groups of friends. The home’s other highlights include a large deck with a dining area and a pellet grill. There is also a 2-car garage available for guest use.

Pet Policy: This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day (with a maximum fee of $150 per stay). There is also a 2 dog maximum.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and all amounts paid will be refunded in full. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer travel insurance.

    This is a beautiful home with great views. The wood-burning fireplace made things cozy and the kitchen and TV room were great places to hang out. We really enjoyed ourselves.
