Our 2,600 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom log home sits on just over 1 acre and features incredible views in every direction. It is only 3 miles from the town of Ridgway and 40 miles from the town of Telluride. Additional features such two outdoor sitting areas, vaulted ceilings, a well-appointed kitchen, and a gas grill and outdoor furniture on the expansive deck with views of the surrounding peaks means you might find it hard to leave the comforts of this home to enjoy the abundant area activities.

With two living spaces and ample space for everyone, this home's lay out is perfect for multiple families. The home offers a 50" flat screen TV with basic DISH TV channels in the TV room that is located right off the dining area. The master en suite features patio doors leading to the deck, a comfortable queen size bed and a bathroom with walk in shower and large closet. It is located on the main level adjacent to the main living area. The lower level offers a sitting area, two bedrooms each with queen bedrooms, full bathroom and lounge space with a flat screen TV, small fridge, and sink with patio doors leading outside under the deck. The second queen bedroom offers patio doors leading to outside that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. This space also features a penned area that's perfect for your pups! Each bedroom offers lovely bathrobes for your use while visiting.

This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day (with a maximum fee of $150 per stay). There is also a 2 dog maximum.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and a full refund of all amounts paid. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer Travel Insurance during the booking process.

    The house was an unexpected surprise. Exceptionally well-equipped, comfortable, and views that didn't stop. It's beautifully located to Ridgway and Ouray and hikes on the way to Telluride. So much space and everything is very tastefully done. I highly recommend this property. They also take dogs which was so nice. Great place!
