Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury home is located in the Log Hill development, just 15 minutes from Ridgway and 41 miles from Telluride (less than an hour drive). This home, which was remodeled in 2017, features a generously equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, a comfortable living space with spectacular views, a wood fireplace, and flat screen TV.

Our home has breathtaking views of the Cimarron and Sneffel's mountain ranges and a beautiful outdoor living space with a gas BBQ grill and mountain-inspired outdoor furniture. It is the perfect retreat to bask in the cool mountain air, take in the plentiful views, and create a base camp for all of your mountain adventures.

There is also a trail (for residents/guests only) out the back door that meanders several miles throughout the entire Log Hill Village area and offers amazing views.

There is parking in the east garage for one car with plenty of additional parking available off the driveway in front of the home.

This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day (max. $150).

There is a single caretaker who lives on-site in the unit on the opposite side of the garage. It's unlikely you will encounter them during your stay as the two living quarters are completely separate with the garage separating the two.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and a full refund of all amounts paid. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer Travel Insurance during the booking process.

4WD/AWD is strongly recommended in winter (Thanksgiving through mid-March).

    We had a very good week long visit, staying in Log Hill Village. We know the area well and enjoy the outdoor activities available. The home was very clean and well equipped. We took advantage of the great gas grill and beautiful outdoor patio, dining outside six of our seven nights there. We walked the “Escarpment Trail” daily, enjoying wonderful views of the Sneffels Range as well as the wildlife. If you value peace and quiet, Log Hill Village can’t be beaten. Overall we had a great experience.
