Our 2,300 square foot 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxurious mountain home sits on 40 acres of land and is the perfect retreat for your next Colorado getaway!

This home features awe inspiring mountain views, a modern well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a custom stone fireplace in the main living area, and a wrap-around deck with a gas grill. It is 6 miles from Ridgway, 17 miles from Ouray, and 40 miles from Telluride (less than a 45 minute drive), which allow you to enjoy the convenience of being near town, yet have the privacy and additional space of a home that is situated on 40 acres.

The master bedroom features a wood-burning fireplace and doors leading to the deck.

This home has air conditioning, a 2-car garage, and ample parking for other vehicles and trailers, plus 40 acres to roam and explore!

We ask that guests please be respectful of the neighbors; ATV's are not permitted to be ridden anywhere but on the road. No outdoor fires are permitted at any of the Catamount properties per the HOA Bylaws as a result of the possibility of a forest fire.

For winter stays (December 1 to March 30) a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and a full refund of all amounts paid. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer Travel Insurance during the booking process.
