Our completely remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo underwent a full renovation in 2019. It is professionally decorated in a fresh mountain/modern style, and boasts brand new (or almost new) everything, including: new furnishings, stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace and 65” HDTV in the main living space and WiFi. If you are looking for a charming, freshly modern, quiet, and comfortable place for your stay then you have come to the right place!

The condo is located on the top (third) floor and has vaulted ceilings and large front-facing windows, making it light and airy. The setting affords breathtaking elevated views across the Uncompahgre River of the soaring mountains above.

The cozy upstairs loft functions as a second living space with a second TV for watching movies (DVD/VHS, no cable).

A small, private, front sitting area is a great place to take your morning coffee while gazing across the valley at Bridal Veil Falls, or at the morning rays as they strike the mountains over Ouray. Meanwhile, a private and unique back patio is cut into the mountain (it is part of the original Grandview Mine) and offers a quiet area to grill with friends and gaze skyward at the mountains and the stars. From outdoor adventures, to one-of-a-kind dining experiences and iconic mountain landscapes, this condo is the perfect all-season Ouray getaway.

The condo is equipped with mounted, ceiling, and portable fans in the main living space and both bedrooms. A conscious HOA choice was made not to include air conditioning in these units, because it is rarely needed (we are in the Colorado mountains at nearly 8,000 feet) and so as not to distract from the quiet setting and the peaceful sounds from the river. If AC is not something you can live without, even in the mountains of Colorado, this may not be your spot.

The condo is within easy walking distance along the Uncompahgre River to the Ouray Hot Springs and to the historic town of Ouray, but is located north of town and out of the hustle and noise of Highway 550 and Main Street. Take a short walk along the river trail to the famous Ouray Natural Hot Springs Pool, excellent Ouray art galleries, or delectable dining options. There are hiking trails within a few blocks making it the perfect base-camp for off-roading, climbing, fishing, skiing, relaxing, or other mountain adventures.

There is one dedicated parking space for this unit located in front of the garage and off-street parking along the road for additional vehicles.

Note: Given our condo's third floor location, please note stairs are required to access the unit.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and a full refund of all amounts paid. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer Travel Insurance during the booking process.
