Our lovely 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhome features modern updates, stainless steal appliances, hardwood floors, and a deck overlooking the Uncompaghre River. Its located next to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool and just a few blocks from the heart of Downtown Ouray. Its unbeatable location allows you to park your car and walk to everything Ouray has to offer! This south-facing end unit (River Park #1242) has spectacular views of the mountains in all directions - to the east, west, and south.

Guest have access to the one-car attached garage. This unit is also equipped with a pack 'n play and a booster seat so that you can leave yours at home!

There is additional guest parking in the center of the complex and there is room for another vehicle right next to the townhome. The Uncompaghre River flows directly behind the townhome and there is a walking trail along the river that is accessible from the north end of the complex. Just north of the townhome in the common area of the River Park complex there is a private picnic area right on the river with picnic table and charcoal grill.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and a full refund of all amounts paid. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer Travel Insurance during the booking process.

    Four of us enjoyed this townhouse for our trip to ski Red Mountain Pass and Silverton. Great location, well equipped kitchen, and use of the garage. Ouray Hot Springs is just across the parking lot and downtown restaurants and shops start ~2 blocks away.
