Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury townhome offers modern high-end finishes in a location unparalleled in Ouray for its walkability and proximity to the Ouray Ice Park, Cascade Falls, historic downtown, and the Uncomphagre River. This residence is truly one of Ouray’s finest and it will make for a perfect launching pad for all of your adventures.

This modern townhome is a rare find in this region that is often dominated by the dated mountain rustic motif. It was designed with an open great room, a gas fireplace, modern kitchen with high-end appointments, outdoor decks, and exceptional riverfront views. The deck off the dining room is wonderful for outdoor cooking and dining or just relaxing with a good book and a beverage to the soothing sounds of the river. A propane grill is provided on this deck. There is also a small deck off of the master bedroom.

This townhome offers a suite of amenities that will be tough to replicate in a vacation rental in this extraordinary mountain community.

This home has two levels of living space (the garage is on the lower level but is only available for access to the trash cans. Guests are not able to park or use the garage space.). There are two full baths on the second level -- a master bath with a tub and walk-in shower and a second full bath with a tub/shower combination.

Please note that parking is limited to two parking spaces in front of the townhome. This unit CANNOT accommodate trailers or over-sized vehicles on-site.

Cancellation Policy: A payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than forty-five (45) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

    This condo was an excellent choice for our family. It was spacious and was convenient to town and trails. Our only complaint was that there were exactly 4 large glasses and 4 juice glasses. It worked for us (mostly) but if you had more than four people it would be an inconvenience. I still give the condo 5 stars though. Overall it was a wonderful condo.

    The water from the river behind the building and a canal/drainage ditch next to the building provided a nice water sound throughout the unit. Note that the drainage canal next to the building has very fast rushing water during rainstorms which empties into the river. There is no fence by the canal so if you have small children, keep an eye on them!

    The property was very nice and clean and in a great location! It was located minutes from Box Canyon Falls and the start of several 4x4 and hiking trail options and a 5 minute walk to main street. The back deck offered a beautiful view of the river and the three bedrooms were very comfortable. The main floor could be accessed from the front at street level which was very convenient. A few extra chairs would have been nice as we had family staying at other locations in town and had meals together. The living room furniture was a little awkward as there was only seats for 5 and no rug or coffee table. But overall it was a great property. We have been coming to Ouray for over 20 years and this was the nicest and most convenient property we have stayed at. Thank you very much!

    Booking process was a breeze. Everything was as described and there were no hidden fees. Property was spotless and breathtaking upon entry! Can't tell you enough how awesome this property is. Corner building. Private. Front row parking. The only thing you hear is the beautiful sound of the river that is about 50 feet from the back deck which has a great view of Box Canon(Canyon). Master suite is incredible with jetted tub, fireplace, TV, and it's own balcony!!! Other 2 rooms have plenty of space, windows, and share a sizable bathroom. Another half bathroom downstairs. Has washer, dryer, and everything you'd have at home to prepare meals. All rooms have breathtaking mountain views!! All of this in the heart of Ouray. Walk to town, Box Canyon, or perimeter trail. Guess you're wondering if I liked it. NO, I LOVED IT! Management checked while we were there to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Will definitely be back!     This townhome was the perfect place to stay in Ouray. It is spacious and, with three bedrooms, it is a great place for families. There is a river out back that we loved listening to as we grilled on the deck. The townhome is within a 5-10 minute walk of great restaurants and places to shop. We will definitely stay here again!
