Our 4,500 square foot, 5 bedroom, 4 bath custom built log home is just 5 miles north of downtown Ouray and offers a true Colorado mountain experience with 3 acres of privacy and incredible mountain views.

The home is perfect for multiple families and offers 2 Master suites and plenty of space for everyone, including a pool table and dart board with incredible views for the entire family to enjoy together as well numerous covered decks with a BBQ Grill. There is a fire pit as well as small playground on site as well.

The home is close to the famous Ouray Natural Hot Springs Pool, excellent Ouray art galleries, or delectable dining options. Hiking trailheads are so plentiful nearby that most couldn’t complete them in a lifetime of trying. This log-home is a perfect base-camp for off-roading, climbing, fishing, skiing, relaxing, or other mountain adventures.

Ridgway is about ten minutes away as well, with it’s excellent mountain biking trail system and Ridgway State Reservoir. Telluride ski area is only 40 minutes from this home and some of the finest backcountry skiing and climbing in North America is plentiful in the surrounding vistas.

This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day (max. $150)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and a full refund of all amounts paid. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer Travel Insurance during the booking process.

4WD or AWD is required in winter (late December to mid April) There is parking for 4 cars and 1 - 20ft trailer. At the end of the road you will veer to the left where it is marked "private road" 5MPH. Please go slowly as there is private property on each side of the road. The home is at the very end of this section of Mary's Road.

    This house was perfect for our vacation. The kids loved it! It was very clean, and close to Ridgway and Ouray. We enjoyed shopping in the towns close by. There was also a nice verity of restaurants in town. Telluride isn’t too far away either. Our friends drove to Telluride to ski. I would recommend this property, and would stay again!

    We had a perfect experience with this property. The rental experience was great and they were very accommodating to our needs. This house has 11 beds which was great for us because this was a guys Jeep trip. One thing that you wouldn't know from the description is that the house is very sound proof. If there were people in the kitchen or on the deck making noise, the other house-guests couldn't hear them. We will definitely be back!

    Great location between Ridgeway and Ouray provided easy access to explore the area. Perfect for our large family. Saw deer and older kids saw a bear. Property was clean and well maintained. Check out True Grit Cafe in Ridgeway , had Pizza in Ouray (can't remember name), great bar and grill with rooftop views also in Ouray.

    This log cabin is a great space for different family units to stay together under one roof. We had a mini family reunion here with each family unit able to stay on a different floor of the house. The covered deck is a great space for eating and relaxing. The location is also perfect with Ouray just 10 minutes away, Telluride 50 minutes, and Montrose about the same. We would definitely stay here again. Also, Premier Vacation Rentals helped us navigate our trip around the forest fire closures and were professional, polite, and responded quickly to every question. I will certainly keep their info for future trips as well.
